FAQs for our T-shirts:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Here is what happens after you have successfully checked out. You should receive an immediate confirmation email. If not, please check your spam. Your order is then processed in the order it has been received. Your shirt is then produced in the order it was received.

Our shipping time is normally 4 - 8 business days post-production. However, due to Covid-19 shipping for orders in the United States, it MAY take an additional 10-15 business days. We thank you for your patience and pray you and your loved one are and stay safe during this time.

During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES NOR REFUNDS. This includes requests for canceled orders, requests for refunds shall be denied unfortunately. If an order is sent back, for ANY REASON, including entering the incorrect address or size, you shall be responsible and cover the shipping cost to resend out. In the event of a promotion or sale
and you have already paid full price; no refunds or price adjustments shall be made. No refund on shipping cost.

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size.
Digital products will not be refunded. Please contact us at info@royaltyapparelsco.com for further information.

What size should I order?
Our t-shirt sizes range from S to 2XL. Our hoodie sizes range from S to 3XL. We have found our shirts and hoodies to be true to size. However, it is you who will decide on what size you want to order.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via  USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.

Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
